Terms of use
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Linkefut (https://www.linkefut.com) you accept these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Linkefut automatically generates, with artificial intelligence, a playful graphic representation (“card”) from public information on a LinkedIn profile indicated by the user. The result is an entertainment product: it is not a professional report, an official rating, or an opinion on anyone’s employability.
3. Permitted use
- Use the service in a personal and reasonable way.
- Request cards for profiles you are authorized to use, or that are public and whose use is compatible with applicable law and third-party rights.
- Do not use the service to harass, defame, discriminate against, or harm third parties.
- Do not mass-scrape our API, launch denial-of-service attacks, or bypass security or rate-limiting measures.
4. AI-generated content
Attributes, overall score, “finish”, and any text or estimates associated with the card are generated or inferred automatically. They may contain errors, bias, or oversimplification. You must not base relevant employment, commercial, or personal decisions on that content.
5. Third-party trademarks
Linkefut is not affiliated with or associated with LinkedIn Corporation or Electronic Arts Inc. / EA Sports. References to football card visual styles are descriptive of the playful format only.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We may modify, limit, or discontinue features, or update these terms. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
7. Exclusion and deletion
Anyone may request that their card not be generated or be deleted via the opt-out page or by contacting adriansaezbeltra@gmail.com. We reserve the right to block abusive use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrián Sáez Beltrá shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or third-party claims arising from use of the cards or interpretation of their content, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the service owner’s domicile.
